Each spring and fall these pigeon racers drive to farflung places on Colorado’s eastern plains and even deep into Kansas just to set their birds loose and see which one comes back first. They know roughly when their birds should return from a race and they always settle in to watch for them. "Two remote-controlled falcons are currently being used on the Liver Building in Liverpool to keep pigeons at bay.
